5 Elements coaching is a unique method of coaching based on the 5 Elements from Ancient Asian Medicine.
Each element corresponds with mental, emotional, physical and energetic aspects of our health and well being, each impacting the other.
When out of balance, it can impact and affect our ability to show up in life the way we truly desire to. This out of balance state results in feelings of restlessness, lack of clarity, overwhelm, "stuckness" and demotivation.
This method of coaching is comprised of 5 session in a series. Each Session themed around one of the elements.
The order each element is introduced through-out this coaching series flows in accordance with the the meridian system. An Energetic concept in traditional Chinese medicine about a path through which the life-energy known as "qi" flows. This approach brings forth streams of consciousness in a natural flow and rhythm that our innate intelligence knows.
In each session you will set goals that are specific, measurable, challenging, and achievable. Using the wisdom of these elements in a coaching format will be the guideposts for your journey.
