Come and join us in the beautiful hinterland of Byron Bay to retreat from the hustle and bustle of your everyday life.
Get back to basics in comfort, peace and serenity at this stunning home that caters for pure relaxation.
All you need to do is arrive and rest in the holding that Alana and myself create.
Getting back to basics is slowing down, being held in a sanctuary to connect back to nature. To connect back to yourself. Put your bare feet on the Earth and enjoy the sensation of the warm breeze on your skin. Eat nourishing food and listen to what your body wants and needs.
The intention for this Retreat is simply to create a space for you to feel held and welcomed by the loving embrace of the land and our facilitation. This is an all inclusive space for you to enjoy, take part in as little or as much as you like.

"My experience with Caitlin was very special. She was very intuitive to what I needed physically and energetically. She created and held a safe space for me to both relax and release into. After our session I felt light and grounded and that I had shaken off everything I needed to. My spirit felt renewed." -
