My knowledge and abilities first and foremost come from life experience, deep work of walking through my own shadows, allowing me to step fully into what I am to offer you services that come from embodied strength and wisdom.
I have studied through the parameters that Endeavor college offer, Psyh K, coaching techniques offered through the Fusion Acupressure Method, NLP training and talk therapy training revolving around the 5 elements in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
